Meet Our Directors
Heather Lotta – North LV Director
Hello! My name is Heather Lotta, and I have been dedicated to the early childhood education field for over 25 years. I began my career right out of high school, and what started as a job quickly became my lifelong passion. Over the years, I have served in every role within a childcare center—from Assistant Teacher to Director—gaining valuable experience every step of the way.
I have worked in early childhood education throughout the Las Vegas Valley and Washington State and have proudly worked alongside Sherlynne for the past 20 years. Being part of a family-owned and operated center allows us to create a warm, welcoming environment where every child and family feels like they belong.
As a mother of five and grandmother of four, I understand how important it is to find a childcare program you can trust. My goal is to ensure every family feels supported, every child feels loved, and every parent has peace of mind knowing their child is safe, cared for, and encouraged to grow each day. We strive to make our center a true home away from home, where lasting relationships are built on love, trust, and respect.
Johnice Bland – Las Vegas Director
Hello! My name is Johnice, and I am a proud mother of four wonderful children. My passion for early childhood education began when I was just two years old, attending the childcare center where my mother worked. As a child, I loved playing "school," and I knew from an early age that working with children was my calling.
I began my career in early childhood education at 17 years old and have proudly grown through every role—from Teacher's Assistant to Director. Those experiences have given me a deep understanding of what it takes to create a positive, nurturing learning environment.
As both a mother and Director, I know how important it is for families to have a safe, caring, and trustworthy place for their children. My goal is to provide every child with a warm, engaging environment where they can learn, grow, and feel right at home. At our family-owned center, we are committed to treating every child as part of our extended family.
